Building Your House Without Walls?

Proverbs 4:23 KJV "Keep thy heart with all 'diligence (care); for out of it are the issues of life."

Have you ever seen one of those houses built where you can mash a button that removes the wall or window to let the outside in? When I first saw that concept I thought I would like a house built like that! I loved that idea! I love being outdoors and that would be right up my alley.

Yes, it's awesome to have your house open on a warm summer day feeling the cool, refreshing breeze pleasantly blowing through. The wind brings the fresh smell of aromatic flowers filling the air inside your home. It makes a house feel fresh, removing a stale, stuffy feeling in the air.

However, I guess I have grown more analytical or maybe wiser as I have aged, I don't know, but now I think it is not such a great idea after all, by letting the outside in, you may allow other things you don't want inside. Critters, such as alligators, snakes, dogs, flies, mosquitoes, maybe bears, tigers, and mountain lions, according to where you live may come in. They may look at their family and say, 'Hey, they are welcoming us in. They have the house wide open for us! They even removed the wall just for us! Isn't that sweet of them?" At least I believe that is what unwanted critters say when the walls are removed to let the outside in.

The same goes for building your house spiritually. There has to be a wall of separation, especially in these days and times we are in. You can't just allow anything or anyone in your house if you want it a home. There must be walls not allowing what's outside to come in unless you want it to. Sometimes what is outside spiritually speaking needs to stay outside. Unless it is Jesus outside knocking on your heart's door wanting to come in because you haven't asked him to, by all means, let "him" in.

If you have never asked Jesus to come into your heart and life you are living without walls. You are wide open for the devil to come in and take control of your life. Demons are saying the same thing critters are probably saying, "Hey, you all, come on they are welcoming us, the door is wide open! They have no walls, no boundaries. They aren't covered with the Blood of Jesus. Let's go in, they have no protection! They must be welcoming us to come in."

The Word of God says in Proverbs 4:23, "Keep thy heart with all 'diligence (care), for out of it are the issues of life." You have to take responsibility for your own heart! No one else can do it for you! Not your spouse, not your Momma, Daddy, or Grandma! Only you can keep your heart. You can't just live your life doing what you want when you want to. That is living your life without walls and boundaries. You are not safe! Jesus is coming soon! He could come anytime to take those who love him to Heaven. No one not even Jesus or the angels in Heaven knows the day or hour when Jesus will return. I encourage you to open up to Jesus only and let him in. Let him build the right walls and boundaries in your heart and home. He will run out anything that slithered into your heart and home while you have no walls or boundaries. Let Jesus fill your home with the fresh wind of his Spirit. Let the aroma of Jesus fill your heart and home, you will be blessed, and no longer will you feel comfortable outside with the dogs, sorcerers, whoremongers, murderers, liars, or idolaters. Do what you have to do to have walls and boundaries in your home, by obeying God's commandments, so you may have right to the tree of life, and may enter into Heaven.

Jesus says in Revelation 22:12-15 "And behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. 13. I am Alpha and Omega the beginning and the end, the first and the last. 14. Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. 15. For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loves and makes a lie."

I encourage you to get your spiritual walls and boundaries up and intact by Obeying God's Word. Take a stand for Jesus! Be ye separate! Acts 2:38-40 "Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. 39. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. 40. And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this 'untoward (crooked) generation."
